ROBIN SHEA IS 5!

Our "smack dab in the middle" child is now 5! We celebrated on July 17th with lunch at Applebee's, swimming in the pool, and cake. Her favorite gift is the ironing board from Aunt Gina and Uncle John. Shea loves the color purple and she really enjoys her dolls. Shea is starting Kindergarten this year! What a blessing she is to us.

Samuel's Crazy Hair

Samuel has had a full head of hair since birth. He is 4 months
old and has had his hair trimmed 3 times and cut once. Kristina bathed him and was combing his hair to remove the cradle cap. It dried while she was combing it and stood on end a little bit more than usual. He looks like his finger was placed in a light socket or like he was trying to imitate his father's '80's hairdo! (His hair is not as red as the photo shows. He has auburn highlights).

Tasty Toes

Samuel came with us one time to move the fence that contains the calves, lambs, and goats/kids. These two kids took a keen interest in this baby boy as his toes were quite delicious. Not pictured are two other kids that climbed into the back of his stroller. Samuel's first farm experience.

Farming Fun

We were fortunate enough to be asked to tend to a micro-dairy farm this past week. What wonderful adventures we had. Nobody should go through life without experiencing the joys of farming with your family. We made it through unscathed with only one dead chicken (due to a freak hailstorm in July). This is our first entry and there will be many more to come.
